A turnkey restoration and extension project entirely conducted by Maligno Industria Arredamenti for one of the most important clothing boutiques in the historical centre of Cuneo
The boutique, entirely renovated and refurbished by Maligno Industria Arredamenti, a leading furnishing Company for residential and commercial premises, is located in the heart of Piedmont.
Working closely with the client and interpret the needs of the Whim NY 1956 brand, Maligno Industria Arredamenti has implemented a big project, where wood is king in warm tones of the oak items of furniture, as well as in the American larch used for laying floors. This area covers two floors for a total of 180 sqm, is now divided into three main levels: one for denim and casual sportswear, and the last area reserved for tailored suits, from ceremony and evening.
The three spaces are connected to each other and, if necessary, separated, alongwith any different need. Thence is the area dedicated to formal dresses can become a room where it is possibile to buy a Scuderi dress made of and fine fabrics and details, made-on-measure handcrafted and delivered just in 14 working days.
Maligno Industria Arredamenti has not worked on a simple renovation, but a turnkey project, for which the company has dealt with all the masonry, electrical systems and air conditioning systems, and of course the design of the furnishing system and the organization of the space. A work done in a short time, yet really able to give a true breath of fresh air to the store, point of reference in the field of clothing not only for Cuneo province, but also to the Côte d’Azur, as the proximity with the famous Limone ski resort.
