American Vintage opens its first monobrand store in Georgia, on Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi. Arranged over two levels, the interior features terracotta-coloured ceramic tiles, dusty pink surfaces and large bronze-effect volumes. Arched shopfront windows, lightweight clothing rails and a layout separating the main sales area from the fitting spaces define the store’s organisation.

Terracotta Tiles and Bronze-Effect Surfaces
The American Vintage store in Tbilisi uses a palette of terracotta and dusty pink across its walls, display furniture and checkout counter.
Square ceramic tiles cover extensive wall surfaces and several central volumes. These are combined with large architectural elements featuring bronze-effect finishes, creating a contrast in colour and texture with the ceramics.
Timber details and light-coloured flooring complete the material palette. The repeated use of these finishes provides continuity between the different areas of the store.
Arched Shopfront Windows Connect the Store to the Street
The shopfront features two large arched openings facing the street. The glazed surfaces allow passers-by to see the displayed clothing and part of the interior, while bringing natural light into the store.
Mannequins positioned near the windows present a selection of garments. Wall-mounted clothing rails and central display elements keep the spatial arrangement clearly legible.
Lightweight Clothing Rails and Ceramic-Clad Display Furniture
The fit-out favours an orderly display arrangement based on lightweight clothing rails and linear structures. Hanging garments are positioned mainly along the walls, while central display surfaces accommodate folded items.
Ceramic-clad display furniture repeats the colours used on the walls. The checkout counter features the same finish, alongside a volume with bronze-effect cladding.
A tall plant is integrated into the checkout counter, with additional greenery distributed throughout the interior. The planting introduces a natural element into the store’s warm colour palette.

Two Levels for Shopping and Fitting Rooms
The functional layout separates the two floors. The ground floor accommodates the main sales area and clothing collections, while the upper level is dedicated to fitting rooms and a quieter shopping environment.
Visual continuity between the floors is maintained through the repeated use of colours and materials, establishing a consistent design language throughout the store.
The lighting scheme includes pendant fittings and ceiling-mounted spotlights. General lighting is soft and even, while selected light sources illuminate the displays and niches finished in bronze-effect cladding.

American Vintage Enters the Georgian Market
