Migö in Guadalajara combines outdoor culture and urban retail design

Progetto per il Flagship Store MIGÖ di Guadalajara

Migö is an outdoor and streetwear brand based in Guadalajara, developing collections that combine technical functionality, urban mobility, and trail running culture. The flagship store designed by Studio NA translates these values into a contemporary retail space that combines industrial materials, natural surfaces, and interiors conceived for digital communication. The project creates an immersive experience where retail design, branding, and social content coexist within a single multifunctional environment.

The flagship store translates the brand’s outdoor identity into a contemporary retail space

The project developed by Studio NA interprets the brand language through a composition that connects urban aesthetics with outdoor references. The layout uses raw materials, reflective surfaces, and natural elements to create an environment aligned with Migö’s contemporary positioning.

The concept is based on the idea of bringing the city into the outdoor landscape, and the outdoor landscape into the city. Concrete, steel, and mirrors define the more industrial component of the space, while granite, wood, and planting introduce a more organic and material dimension. The contrast between technical surfaces and natural materials contributes to shaping an essential yet recognizable retail identity.

Materials combine industrial surfaces and natural details

The material selection becomes one of the key elements of the retail experience. Concrete and steel surfaces generate an urban and contemporary atmosphere, while granite and wood add visual depth and a warmer perception of the space.

Mirrors amplify the perception of the environment and strengthen the visual relationship between architecture, product, and customer. Planting elements refer to the outdoor context connected to trail running culture, maintaining continuity with the brand concept.

The balance between industrial and natural materials allows the space to avoid a purely technical aesthetic, creating a retail environment that dialogues with both fashion and outdoor culture.

The retail space integrates sales, branding, and social content production

The Migö flagship store does not function exclusively as a shop, but is also used as a design hub, operational office, and platform for digital content production. The interiors are designed to support the brand’s social communication through recognizable settings and visual configurations suitable for creating images and videos.

The so-called “Instagram spots” become an integral part of the retail layout and help reinforce the relationship between physical experience and online communication. The project therefore develops a model in which space, community, and branding operate as an integrated system.

Studio NA develops retail design and branding as an integrated commercial experience

Studio NA is a studio specialized in interior design and branding, focused on the design of contemporary commercial experiences. The studio’s approach combines architecture, interior design, and visual identity to develop retail environments consistent with each brand’s language and positioning.

In the Migö project, the dialogue between industrial materials, hybrid functions, and visual scenography defines a retail space designed to support both the physical experience and the brand’s digital communication.
