An ambitious and unprecedented project takes shape in just 35 sqm, giving life to the world’s first boutique that brings together bags, jewellery and fine wines. Designed by Puccio Collodoro Architetti, Boutique M5 Original Luxury aims to offer an exclusive luxury experience where every element – from the interior design to the furnishings – tells a story of elegance and uniqueness.

The entire space is conceived to immerse the customer in a sensory luxury experience. Every detail, from the product layout to the interior décor, has been carefully designed to highlight the quality and exclusivity of the items on display. Among the boutique’s most distinctive features is a dedicated area for fine wines, seamlessly integrated into the store layout. A refrigerated showcase made of natural wood houses a curated selection of premium wines, offering visitors a sensory journey that blends sight, taste, and the allure of luxury.
To give character and originality to this refined space, Puccio Collodoro Architetti chose a majestic metal staircase with a golden finish. This distinctive yet elegant element stands out thanks to its suspended structure, which adds lightness and sophistication to the entire interior. The golden finish enhances the space with a luminous touch, harmonising perfectly with the custom-made furnishings and creating an atmosphere of elegance and balance.
How to create a luxury experience in 35 sqm: materials, furniture and bespoke atmospheres
Beneath the staircase sits a large planter with real hydroponic plants, adding a fresh and refined touch of greenery to the setting. The choice of hydroponic plants is not just aesthetic, but also functional: they meet contemporary needs for sustainability and low maintenance, ideal for an exclusive space where every detail reflects impeccable modernity.
The display units, entirely made of wood, complete the space by adding a warm and natural contrast to the boutique’s more refined materials. Wood was chosen for its durability and beauty, adding a sense of warmth and welcome. Meanwhile, the clever spatial design optimises every centimetre, striking the perfect balance between functionality and style.
The end result is a setting that embodies elegance, innovation and exclusivity. A place where even the smallest spaces become extraordinary, telling a story of luxury and uniqueness that makes every visit a memorable experience. In this small corner of luxury, every detail is carefully crafted to communicate one clear message: elegance does not require large spaces, only great attention to detail.
