The Groove Heaven concept, developed for the Beymen Sneakers Club retail chain and designed by the architectural studio Salon Alper Derinbogaz, transforms the shopping experience into a sensory journey inspired by music. Located in Istanbul, Turkey, this innovative space is based on the propagation of sound waves, translating sound into a fluid and dynamic architectural language.

A multisensory environment that echoes rhythm
Going beyond mere aesthetics, the design embraces a multisensory approach where touch, sight, and movement blend in harmony. Furthermore, the inclined and suspended shelves — which seem to float along the walls and ceiling — evoke the rhythm and vibration of music. In particular, the geometric flooring and the dynamic arrangement of elements amplify the sense of constant motion. As a result, the skillful use of mirrors and reflective surfaces enhances spatial perception, ultimately creating an immersive effect that turns each viewpoint into a new perspective.
The sculptural heart of Groove Heaven
At the center of the space lies the “Love Seat,” an iconic sculptural seating element with an organic, enveloping shape, designed to encourage relaxation and contemplation. Its upholstery, crafted from exclusive fabrics, enhances comfort, creating a striking contrast with the rhythmic geometry of the store.

Groove Heaven concept: where music and design converge
In an era where urban frenzy often fragments social experiences, Groove Heaven, by contrast, celebrates the unifying power of music and design. Thanks to a seamless fusion of sound and form, the space invites visitors to rediscover their senses. Consequently, the act of purchasing sneakers is transformed into an experience that transcends mere consumption, ultimately becoming an immersive journey through rhythm, aesthetics, and innovation.
