From 14 to 16 October 2026, the Rimini Expo Centre will host the fourth edition of InOut | The Hospitality Community, the event organised by Italian Exhibition Group alongside the 63rd edition of TTG Travel Experience. Bringing together companies, architects, designers, specifiers and hospitality professionals, the exhibition serves as a marketplace dedicated to hospitality design, furniture, technologies and services for the tourism and accommodation industry. For the 2026 edition, InOut introduces “Exist”, a concept that builds on the journey launched with Awake To a New Era, encouraging a reflection on the role of design in creating meaningful and authentic hospitality experiences.
The “Exist” theme encourages the hospitality industry to move from awareness to action
The “Exist” concept represents the natural evolution of last year’s message. While Awake To a New Era focused on raising awareness of the profound changes reshaping global tourism, the new theme highlights the importance of turning that awareness into concrete design choices.
According to the organisers, the hospitality industry is being called upon to rethink the value of time and experience by designing places that foster a more authentic relationship between guests, destinations and accommodation facilities. In this context, “Exist” becomes an invitation to create spaces that deliver attention, meaningful experiences and lasting engagement, going beyond purely aesthetic or visual appeal.

Space design plays a central role in shaping the guest experience
In the official presentation, Gloria Armiri, Group Exhibition Manager of the Tourism & Hospitality Division at Italian Exhibition Group, explains that the 2026 theme encourages businesses to design experiences capable of restoring “time, attention and depth” to hospitality.
This vision places greater value on the elements that shape the hospitality experience, including design processes, professional expertise, materials, the relationship with local territories and the communities that bring them to life. The objective is not only to showcase the final guest experience, but also to highlight the people, knowledge and processes that make it possible.
Eight exhibition clusters showcase the entire hospitality supply chain
The exhibition is organised into eight thematic clusters, covering the main sectors involved in hospitality design and operations:
- Hotel Supplies
- Indoor Furniture
- Technologies & Services
- Pools & Wellness
- Sport & Entertainment
- Outdoor Furniture
- Camping & Glamping
- Beach & Seaside
This structure provides a comprehensive overview of solutions for the hospitality sector, connecting space planning, furniture, technology and services across different accommodation formats. Particular attention is given to the integration of sport and wellness, identified by the organisers as a key driver in the design of multifunctional hospitality environments.
Held alongside TTG Travel Experience, InOut strengthens the connection between design and tourism
One of the event’s defining features is its simultaneous staging with TTG Travel Experience. Together, the two exhibitions bring the hospitality design supply chain and the tourism distribution industry into the same venue, creating opportunities for dialogue between designers, manufacturers, accommodation providers, tourism boards, tour operators and travel professionals.
This integrated format creates a marketplace where supply and demand can meet while exploring the latest developments shaping the future of hospitality. The synergy between the two events remains one of the key strengths of Italian Exhibition Group’s exhibition model.
Exhibitions and conferences explore new directions for hospitality
Alongside the exhibition, InOut 2026 will host a programme of exhibitions dedicated to emerging hospitality trends, together with conferences organised in collaboration with leading industry associations, including Federalberghi and FAITA.
The programme is designed for architects, interior designers, hoteliers, wellness professionals and hospitality operators, providing opportunities for professional development and discussion on the ongoing evolution of the sector. By combining exhibition spaces with educational content, InOut reinforces its role as a meeting point for innovation, design and hospitality culture.
