ORSKA, the Polish artistic jewelry brand known for its bold creations, artisanal mastery, and deep respect for nature, has opened a new boutique inside the Silesia City Center in Katowice. The interior design, curated by the architecture studio mode:lina™ in collaboration with founder and designer Anna Orska, marks a new aesthetic direction for the brand, redefining the shopping experience through an immersive and sensorial environment.
A concept inspired by earth and its primordial forms
“We began the project with a conversation with Anna Orska, who shared her greatest source of inspiration: nature. I immediately sensed it would be a fascinating journey filled with unusual materials and organic references,” says Jerzy Woźniak, co-founder of mode:lina™.
The interior is conceived as an imaginary geological cavity—a sacred-like space where raw forms, living metals, and structures inspired by stalactites and stalagmites emerge. Just like ORSKA’s jewelry, the boutique invites tactile and emotional discovery.
“We worked together for nearly two years to create an environment that would reflect ORSKA’s philosophy. We spoke about sunrises and sunsets, my love of water, and stones born deep within the earth over millions of years. The result is a space where design and nature coexist, just as I had envisioned,” adds Anna Orska.

Materiality, interaction, and storytelling
The focal point of the space is a large central display table, crafted from untreated raw copper. Its irregular drawers invite visitors to open, explore, and discover. Soft backlighting reveals the jewelry within, making the experience intimate and immersive. Each customer leaves an imprint on the copper surface, which oxidizes over time, symbolizing the aging process of the piece along with its owner.
Above the table, a copper installation with concealed lighting holds stalactites that double as necklace hangers—fusing sculpture and function.

3D technology and contemporary craftsmanship
The display system, designed by the ORSKA team and 3D-printed in biodegradable PLA by Filip Majewski, features structures reminiscent of natural concretions. White and black elements on the table and furnishings are interspersed with natural onyxes, allowing for flexible display solutions. Modular and mobile, they adapt easily to the brand’s evolving needs.
An aesthetic between brutalism and poetry
Display cases and furniture recall rock formations, featuring low-poly faceted geometries made from plastered MDF, evoking cellular concrete blocks. Drawer handles are raw copper nuggets, directly sourced from ORSKA’s workshop. Each one is unique and placed irregularly, giving the impression of having been shaped by an uncontrollable natural force. They form a sculptural ensemble that blends with the rigor of the surrounding architecture.
Behind them, deep blue gradient mirrors reflect video content from Anna Orska’s journeys across the globe in search of materials and techniques.

Light, identity, and symbolic depth
Dominating the boutique is the brand’s circular logo in raw black steel—a totemic element resembling the moon. A large round mirror with a gradient that evokes oceanic depths and dawn light is another key piece. Lighting, both integrated and diffuse, plays a fundamental role in enhancing each design detail and highlighting the jewelry.
