The LED suspension lamp Baryon, designed by De Amicis Architetti for OLEV, explores the relationship between diffused light and artisanal glass craftsmanship. The project interprets the lighting fixture as a suspended element capable of shaping space through differentiated light emission, both downward and upward.
Available in single or triple module versions, Baryon combines LED technology with mouth-blown glass, defining a balance between production innovation and manufacturing expertise.
LED suspension lamp: diffused light and subtle reflections
The handcrafted glass reveals a constellation of internal bubbles that filters the LED source. As a result, the light appears intense yet controlled, generating a soft and enveloping atmosphere.
In the single-module version, the composition revolves around a double glass dome formed by joining two hemispheres with a finely crafted metal band. Moreover, the upper hemisphere, enriched with small golden bubbles, projects delicate and diffused reflections onto the ceiling, enhancing the spatial perception of the environment.

Modular configuration and contract applications
In the three-module configuration, the LED suspension lamp takes on a more articulated composition. The glass shades are oriented downward, while an iron and aluminum edging defines the upper structure.
Therefore, the triple version is conceived for large-scale environments, both residential and contract, where light contributes to structuring the space with visual continuity. The composition, fluid and carefully detailed, maintains formal coherence while expanding the illuminated surface.
Materials, finishes and dimensions
The structure combines mouth-blown glass and metal, enhancing the tactile dimension of the project. The available finish is Burnished, a tone that reinforces the dialogue between matte surfaces and glass transparency.
- Materials: mouth-blown glass and metal
- Finish: Burnished
- Dimensions: Ø 57.5 cm (single module) – Ø 112.2 cm (triple module)
