Retail LED lighting for Mercedes-Benz AGAM showroom

Progetto di illuminazione retail LED per showroom Mercedes-Benz AGAM con sistema DALI e controllo avanzato della luce.

The retail LED lighting project developed by Metalmek Illuminazione for the new Mercedes-Benz AGAM showroom in the Netherlands defines an integrated approach combining technology, perception, and spatial identity. In this context, light is not only a functional element but a design tool that contributes to shaping the overall experience.

The intervention is part of the automotive sector, where lighting design plays a central role in enhancing the product and defining the overall atmosphere. The project addresses these requirements through a calibrated system of LED fixtures and lighting control.

Metalmek Illuminazione contributed to the lighting design of the new Mercedes-Benz AGAM showroom, developing a solution that combines aesthetics, performance, and advanced lighting management. The environment is designed to support the customer experience through a coherent and controlled lighting configuration.

Each element is designed to ensure visual uniformity, enhance surfaces, and guide the path within the exhibition space. Light thus becomes an integral part of the architectural language.

Lighting system and control

The project includes the installation of 1,664 LED downlights, configured within a hybrid system that integrates digital control and traditional management.

70% of the fixtures are managed through the DALI protocol, enabling dynamic and centralized lighting control. The remaining 30% operates with an on/off system, ensuring flexible distribution and operational simplicity.

This configuration allows the lighting to adapt to different usage conditions, optimizing energy consumption, scenarios, and the perceptual quality of the space.
