The boutique reflects the heritage of premium footwear retail

For more than fifteen years, Shabelski has represented international footwear and accessories brands in Dnipro. The interior design preserves the identity and values of the boutique while introducing a contemporary retail environment inspired by the tradition of handcrafted premium products.

The design concept seeks to express quality through restrained architecture, allowing materials, proportions and lighting to become part of the customer experience without competing with the products on display.

Natural materials define a refined retail identity

The interior combines natural veneer, brass and marble to create a sophisticated material palette. Inspired by the Garden of Eden, the boutique features distinctive petal-shaped brass display shelves that become the visual signature of the project.

Every material has been selected to reinforce the perception of craftsmanship while maintaining a clean and contemporary aesthetic.

The open layout organises footwear collections into dedicated zones

The main retail area is organised as an open-plan space with dedicated zones for men’s and women’s footwear, together with a fitting area designed to support the customer journey.

A separate sports footwear section introduces a more contemporary language through illuminated lightboxes that provide the backdrop for a graphic metal structure fitted with leather display shelves.

Lighting enhances depth and highlights the displayed collections

Architectural and lighting design work together to alter the perception of depth within the boutique, creating subtle visual transitions between the different retail areas while maintaining clear product visibility.

A custom ceiling lighting system developed in collaboration with EXPOLIGHT produces a distinctive caustic effect, adding visual interest to the interior while reinforcing the premium character of the retail environment.
