An Increasingly Strategic International Event

Thanks to a balanced layout between exhibition areas and product density, SICAM 2025 ensures a smooth and comprehensive visiting experience. Italian operators spent an average of 1.34 days at the event, while international visitors stayed for an average of 1.65 days. The analysis of professional roles highlights a strong presence of decision-makers: owners, managing directors, technical managers, and commercial directors. The most represented sectors include furniture, furniture components, kitchen manufacturing, contract, and bathroom furnishings.

Visitor Trends, Behaviours, and Preferences

Attendance data show a particular concentration during 15 and 16 October, considered the most strategic days for exhibitors and buyers. Friday, on the other hand, remains the preferred day for those seeking a quieter environment with more opportunities for in-depth discussions. Additional insights come from the badge-scanning system, which has supported exhibitors for over ten years in managing their contacts. According to the data collected, visitor flow remained evenly distributed across all pavilions—an outcome made possible by the choice not to divide the fair by product category.

A Positive Atmosphere That Defined the 2025 Edition

Beyond the numbers, SICAM 2025 stood out for its particularly relaxed and positive atmosphere. Hospitality services played a significant role, with over 74,000 bottles of water, 68,000 coffees, and more than 100,000 snacks served during the four days of the event. According to Carolina Giobbi, the edition was characterised by “a serene and optimistic atmosphere that fostered high-quality interactions between companies, clients, and partners.” This confirms SICAM’s identity as a key appointment in the industry, especially during a complex yet opportunity-rich market phase.
