The retail solutions specialist ITAB Group will be bringing together the leading brands ITAB and HMY, which will be presenting their joint product and services portfolio for the first time at EuroShop 2026. The focus will be on solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for retailers by co-creating compelling brand design experiences, positively influencing purchasing decisions, simplifying in-store processes and reducing operating costs.
ITAB Group will demonstrate how design, technology and data can be combined into integrated concepts that impact the entire customer journey and deliver measurable results in everyday retail operations.
โBy bringing together the ITAB and HMY brands, we have united global retail experience and a deep understanding of worldwide consumer trends under one roof โ expertise that is virtually unrivalled in the market in terms of breadth,โ says Glauco Frascaroli, Interim President and CEO of ITAB Group. โAt EuroShop 2026, we will demonstrate the power of our combined strength: solutions that are directly aligned with global consumer expectations and that measurably improve everyday life in stores โ for shoppers as well as for teams on the shop floor.โ

Across approximately 1,344 square metres, ITAB Group will present concrete scenarios along typical customer journeys at its trade fair stand โ such as paying, collecting online orders, managing queues or arranging appointments. These scenarios illustrate how design, technology and data interact, ensuring that customers find their way around more quickly, store teams are relieved of pressure and sales growth is supported at the same time.
Developments in the product and solutions portfolio
ITAB will be showcasing its broad portfolio in Dรผsseldorf, including store design, lighting, retail technology and accompanying services such as sustainability strategies and โSolution Design.โ ITAB Group works closely with retailers, analysing processes, data and consumer trends, and collaboratively developing ideas that are iteratively optimised until they perform reliably in live operation.
A further focus is on digital, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable results โ faster processes, lower losses, shorter waiting times and improved in-store orientation. The โOnRedโ platform provides the technological foundation by bringing together all relevant information from self-checkouts, gates and customer terminals in real time during store operations.
โOnRed collects data from various endpoints and translates these insights into concrete recommendations,โ emphasises Frascaroli. โFor example, it evaluates at what times of day peak loads occur, on which days of the week capacities remain unused, and where manual support is particularly often required.โ

With this approach, ITAB is responding to current developments affecting bricks-and-mortar retail. These include the automation of recurring tasks, addressing rising shrinkage rates, optimising customer flows and improving the integration between digital and in-store processes. AI and computer vision solutions can be used to detect undesirable situations โ such as process bottlenecks or theft at self-checkouts โ at an early stage and address them in a targeted manner.
In addition to its technological innovations, ITAB also specialises in sustainable production and service approaches. In Dรผsseldorf, the store design specialist will be showcasing, among other things, CO2-certified fitting components as well as ReStore processes for the reuse of materials.
ITAB and HMY: 117 years of combined retail experience
With HMY, ITAB has recently integrated a company that significantly expands the Groupโs international reach. HMY is one of Europeโs leading providers of shop fitting, checkout and store design solutions. The integration strengthens the Groupโs global footprint: while ITAB has grown over many years primarily in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in Asia, Australia and North America, HMY brings a strong presence in Southern Europe, the Middle East and South America.
Together, the two brands combine 117 years of market, technology and design expertise.
โWe are seeing a clear global trend towards more individualised store concepts โ spaces that express personality while also operating more efficiently,โ says Frascaroli. โWith the combined expertise of ITAB and HMY, we translate these developments into concepts that open up entirely new possibilities for retailers. We are convinced that the store design of the future will go far beyond traditional standards. That is exactly the next generation of solutions we are now launching.โ
