PUMA has opened its largest European flagship store on Oxford Street in London. The new location covers approximately 2,230 square metres. It sits in one of the busiest retail areas of the British capital, close to Selfridges and Bond Street Underground station.

The flagship is designed as an experiential retail space. Here architecture, technology and brand storytelling work together to create an immersive environment dedicated to the world of PUMA. The store presents the brandโ€™s main product categories, from running technologies such as NITROโ„ข to football footwear lines including FUTURE, ULTRA and KING, as well as lifestyle collections.

A transparent urban faรงade

The building is defined by a double-height glass faรงade facing Oxford Street. This architectural solution creates a strong visual connection between the city and the interior of the store. As a result, the flagship becomes immediately recognisable within the commercial landscape of the street.

Behind the glass faรงade, large digital surfaces and an illuminated PUMA logo act as communication elements. These features interact with the constant flow of pedestrians moving along Oxford Street.

Modular layout and display systems

The store layout guides visitors through several thematic zones dedicated to the brandโ€™s product categories. Inside the space, modular display systems, wall shelving and central platforms structure the retail environment. This configuration allows the store to adapt easily to seasonal collections.

Footwear occupies a central position in the layout. Dedicated walls present the brandโ€™s running technologies and sports lines. At the same time, graphic panels and digital media support the storytelling of product performance.

Brand archive and storytelling

The flagship also includes the PUMA Archive, an area dedicated to the history of the brand. Here visitors can explore iconic models and historical references developed throughout the companyโ€™s 77 years of activity.

This section introduces a museum-like dimension inside the store. Consequently, the narrative of technical innovation and sports design becomes part of the retail experience.

Customization and digital interaction

The flagship also integrates a customization area. In this space customers can personalise garments and accessories using graphic elements and design options.

Digital installations and luminous surfaces reinforce the technological character of the store. Meanwhile, suspended linear lighting and exposed ceilings define a contemporary industrial architectural language.

To celebrate the opening, PUMA also introduced a London Exclusive Collection. The collection draws inspiration from British cultural elements such as the Union Flag and Harris Tweed and is available only in the London flagship.

Over the coming years the flagship will host events, collaborations and in-store activations linked to sport and urban culture. In this way the store will continue to function as a meeting point between the brand and the local community.
