Since 1975, Italamp has been active in the decorative lighting sector, developing collections characterised by glass craftsmanship and the use of metals, fabrics and decorative finishes.
Alongside its catalogue collections, Italamp has a technical department dedicated to the development of customised products, combining clients’ design and budget requirements with its manufacturing processes.
Collier, Nuce, Valentina and Prezioso explore four different approaches to pendant lighting through modularity, glass craftsmanship and combinations of materials and finishes.
Collier – design Marc Sadler
Designed by Marc Sadler, Collier is a modular pendant lighting system composed of metal cables onto which illuminated elements in engraved glass are threaded like the elements of a necklace.
The individual elements differ in shape, size and glass treatment and are available in a range of colours – topaz, diamond, aquamarine, ruby, amethyst, agate, emerald and sapphire – allowing both monochromatic and multicoloured compositions to be created.
The modular system also makes it possible to develop structures using one or more metal cables arranged in different configurations, adapting the composition to the characteristics of the space.
Collier is part of the Modern catalogue, Incanto Collection.
Nuce – design Danilo De Rossi
Designed by Danilo De Rossi, Nuce is a pendant lamp featuring a metal structure with a gunmetal finish and blown glass diffusers.
The four diffusers share soft, elongated forms inspired by the shape of a walnut, while differing in the patterns worked into the glass surface. They can be used individually or combined in compositions with different heights and orientations.
Nuce is available in clear, smoke, dove grey and olive green versions and is part of the Modern catalogue, Incanto Collection. The same family also includes a wall lamp and two different floor lamps.
Valentina – design THDP + Simone Bretti
Designed by THDP + Simone Bretti, Valentina is a pendant lamp combining a metal structure with rounded forms and a glass diffuser.
The essential geometry of the structure is complemented by a gold finish and, in the version shown, the deep red of the glass, creating a contrast between form, colour and reflected light.
Available in different colour variations, Valentina is part of the Modern catalogue, Incanto Collection. The same family also includes wall and floor lamps.
Prezioso – design Stefano Traverso and Roberta Vitadello
Designed by Stefano Traverso and Roberta Vitadello, Prezioso is a pendant lamp composed of overlapping fabric shades with clean geometric forms.
The composition brings together different materials and finishes: brown fabric, engraved crystal, Swarovski Elements pendants and details in light gold and chrome.
Available in different sizes and colour variations, Prezioso is part of the Classic catalogue, Opera Collection. The same family also includes wall and floor lamps.
