BeLike by Iris Ceramica: Colour and Decorative Surfaces

Dettaglio del rivestimento BeLike di Iris Ceramica

BeLike by Iris Ceramica is a semi-stoneware wall covering collection in a 60 × 20 cm format, developed through a palette of eight colours, gloss and matt finishes, and a series of coordinated decorative elements.

The collection explores chromatic variation and surface irregularity, combining different elements to create decorative compositions for residential and commercial interiors.

Eight colours and two finishes

The BeLike palette comprises four warm tones — Cream, Peach, Sienna and Umber — and four cool tones — Shell, Azure, Marine and QueenBlue. The colours are available in gloss and matt finishes, expanding the possibilities for combining different shades and surface effects.

The colour range is complemented by decorative elements in a 20 × 20 cm format, designed to be used individually or combined with the other elements in the collection.

The Patch decor and its reference to kintsugi

Among the decorative options, Patch draws on the visual principle of kintsugi, the Japanese technique that highlights fractures in broken ceramics using gold.

Irregular golden lines cross dark and brown backgrounds or surfaces featuring floral motifs, transforming the geometry of the fracture into a graphic element of the wall covering.

Border and chromatic variations across the surface

The Border decor is defined by a neutral perimeter frame surrounding an inner surface with a softly clouded appearance. The contrast between the regular border and the variations in colour emphasises each individual element within the overall composition.

Colours, finishes and decorative elements make it possible to create wall compositions in which the repetition of the module is combined with chromatic and graphic variations. The irregularity of the individual elements becomes one of the defining characteristics of the BeLike collection.
