BikerStore in Moscow: a new flagship shaped by industrial materials and urban identity

Progetto retail Bikerstore Mosca

BikerStore in Moscow opens its first physical flagship store, translating the brand’s digital identity into a recognizable urban retail space. Designed by Bad Reputation, the project interprets the motorcycling universe through industrial materials, custom furniture and a visual language inspired by the city.

The store develops a concept aligned with the brand’s core values: freedom, independence and a distinctive attitude. The interior design creates a functional and welcoming environment conceived to strengthen the relationship between customer, product and brand identity.

The physical store translates BikerStore’s digital identity into an urban retail experience

Originally active only in the digital space, BikerStore evolves with the opening of its first physical store in Moscow. The project interprets the world of motorcyclists in a contemporary way, avoiding literal references and focusing instead on a more urban and material-driven spatial language.

The store is conceived as a modern and dynamic location inspired by Moscow, its buildings and its urban underpasses. This approach reinforces the metropolitan dimension of the brand and makes the space immediately recognizable.

Industrial materials and a grey-orange palette define the flagship store

The project uses concrete, natural wood, ceramic surfaces, metal profiles and metal grids to create an essential and robust environment aligned with motorcycle culture.

The grey-orange palette introduces a technological and dynamic accent across different elements of the space. The contrast between raw surfaces, natural textures and metal details defines an urban visual identity without relying on redundant decorative solutions.

Custom furniture reinforces functionality and brand identity

Custom furniture combines different materials through a functional and experimental approach. Metal mesh is used as the structure of the sofa, while concrete blocks become bases for the tables.

These solutions transform industrial elements into expressive furniture components, communicating the BikerStore identity through materiality, proportions and construction details.

Visual communication guides the display journey inside the retail space

Visual communication is integrated into the layout to guide customers and reinforce the readability of the space. Graphic signs, materials and display solutions contribute to building a coherent and immediate customer journey.

The project shows how a brand born in the digital sphere can develop a recognizable physical presence through retail design, custom furniture and a strong urban identity.
