The Longevity Suite, the most advanced network of Biohacking and Anti-Age City Clinics in Europe, has created its first fully customized SPA characterized by a minimal black and white design language.
Located in Milan’s fashion district, the iconic Portrait Hotel, a prestigious five-star property of the Lungarno Group, hosts The Longevity SPA within a remarkable architectural context.
The project, designed by B+Architects, strengthens the positioning of The Longevity Suite within the luxury wellness sector. At the same time, the intervention respects the historic building through a careful selection of materials and bespoke finishes.

A contemporary wellness space in Milan
The SPA occupies approximately 700 square meters in the oldest section of the building and is accessed from the elegant Piazza del Quadrilatero. Consequently, the design had to integrate harmoniously within the historic context while expressing a new visual identity for the brand.
Geometries, proportions and materials define a refined architectural language based on curvilinear forms and a minimalist aesthetic. As a result, the environment combines advanced technology with a holistic wellness vision.

Reception and materials
The reception welcomes guests into a calm and refined atmosphere where tones of white dominate the space. The walls are clad in large slabs of Rhino White marble with ribbed processing and tone-on-tone veining.
Meanwhile, the floor in white seminato was crafted on site using Lasa marble pebbles and finished with a glossy surface. Curvilinear ceilings visually connect the reception areas, while large grey mirrored panels expand the perception of space.
A recessed high-resolution monitor communicates the Longevity lifestyle. In addition, background music and a signature fragrance complete the multisensory experience.

Fitness and wellness areas
The fitness area is organised into two zones dedicated to training and physical performance. Here, mirrors, dark ceilings and the brand’s graphic textures define a dynamic environment.
Moreover, the partnership with Technogym introduces advanced machines and interactive training circuits designed to provide a complete workout experience.
Relaxation and treatment rooms
The SPA includes a relaxation lounge characterised by curved black wood furniture and crystal elements dedicated to herbal teas and water. A Venini vase in glossy black tones stands out as a sculptural element.
Guests also have access to thematic books on longevity and wellness culture. Meanwhile, a sinuous white sofa designed by B+Architects follows the perimeter of the room and features embroidered motifs inspired by the brand logo.

The SPA features three treatment cabins, a suite for couples treatments and a cryo-suite. Special lighting systems allow different atmospheres depending on the treatment protocol.
