For Bobo bistrot, every interior element is designed to shape a cohesive and immersive dining environment. The project fits within the framework of hospitality design, translating references to nature into a spatial narrative that combines atmosphere, materiality and visual identity.
Delphine Gebran and Mediterranean inspiration
The project by Delphine Gebran draws inspiration from the freshness, vibrancy and natural beauty of Mediterranean ingredients. These qualities are reflected in a vivid color palette that defines the identity of the space.
Every detail contributes to a narrative rooted in nature, where art and craftsmanship converge. The floor, in a tone recalling Tyrian purple, evokes the richness of eggplant and beetroot hues, while upholstered yellow seating introduces a bright note inspired by lemons and olive oil. The combination of purple, yellow and green creates a balanced palette that enhances the overall atmosphere of the bistrot.

Materials and handcrafted surfaces
The walls are enriched with handcrafted bas-reliefs depicting trees and birds, creating a visual continuity between interior space and natural imagery. Branches extend across the surfaces, interacting with ambient light, while suspended bird elements designed specifically for the project introduce a dynamic layer to the space.
White walls around the bar enhance the interplay of light and shadow, while other surfaces are finished in traditional earthy stone, generating a contrast between craftsmanship and contemporary expression. The back of the bar continues this narrative, with plaster bas-reliefs shaped as leaves that evoke movement, growth and protection.
Lighting and spatial atmosphere
Soft ambient lighting defines the sensory quality of the space. Custom-designed suspended fixtures, inspired by birds, are arranged above tables and the bar, creating the impression of elements floating within the interior.
The mirrored bar surface reflects light and movement, adding depth and contributing to a layered spatial experience where material, decoration and atmosphere are carefully balanced.
