The Toni&Guy flagship salon on Via Vincenzo Monti in Milan interprets the hairdressing environment through an interior design concept that brings together hospitality, wellbeing and functionality. Natural materials, vegetation and digital services contribute to an environment conceived around the client experience.
The project renovates the brand’s historic Milan salon, developing a concept inspired by the “Feel Good, Look Good, Do Good” philosophy. The interiors are organised to create continuity between different functions, combining hairdressing stations with areas dedicated to reception and social interaction.

The idea of a home feeling contributes to the atmosphere: the salon is conceived not simply as a place for hair treatments, but as an environment where comfort and perceptual quality become part of the overall experience.
Digital Concierge combines services and hospitality
One of the elements introduced by the concept is the Digital Concierge, a Guest Relations Support service integrated into the salon and designed to assist clients with needs extending beyond their time in the space.
The service provides access to information and amenities including food delivery and urban mobility solutions. The digital component is thus integrated into the physical salon experience, expanding the traditional role of the reception area.

Materials and vegetation shape the interior
The material palette combines exposed concrete, natural iron, solid wood and brass, bringing raw surfaces into dialogue with warmer elements and metallic details.
Vegetation is another distinctive component of the project. Natural plants are distributed throughout the interiors and integrated into the architecture, contributing to an atmosphere centred on wellbeing.

One of the walls designed by Michieli Floricoltura incorporates Tillandsia plants, integrating greenery directly into the spatial composition.
Takara Belmont also contributed to the concept with furniture for the salon’s professional activities, while the architectural project is by Ama Architettura, with styling support from Studio Salaris.
At the Toni&Guy flagship salon in Milan, materials, furniture, vegetation and services come together in an interior design where the functional requirements of a hair salon are combined with a greater emphasis on hospitality and spatial quality.
