Arquitect Contract, the Vicenza-based studio founded by architects Luca Biancoviso and Carlotta La Jacona, develops turnkey retail design projects for jewelry and luxury retail. The company works across architectural design and the complete delivery of commercial spaces, managing every phase of the process: concept, technical development, building procedures, furniture production and site coordination. Its completed projects include Gioiapura, Luxury Zone, Orocash and OrocashInvest stores in several European countries, as well as Jewels in Paradise jewelry stores in the Caribbean and the first Intuera store in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The retail format coordinates layout, visual merchandising and operational functionality
Arquitect Contract’s design approach integrates architectural planning, interior design and operational management within a single process. The layouts are conceived to improve display readability, customer flows and the relationship between product and visitor, with configurations that combine central islands, backlit showcases and equipped walls.
In projects dedicated to jewelry retail, the spaces are organized through linear paths and focal areas that support the consultation of the collections. Glass display systems, often integrated with material bases or lightweight metal structures, help maintain an orderly and bright perception of the sales area.
Materials define distinct identities for each retail brand
Each store develops its own identity through color palettes, surfaces and materials aligned with the brand positioning. In Gioiapura stores, the project combines neutral tones with mustard yellow inserts and luminous surfaces to reinforce brand recognition and enhance jewelry display.
For Luxury Zone, the concept focuses on a combination of green fluted wall coverings, marble-effect surfaces and gold-toned metal details. The project creates a more sophisticated and scenographic environment, where the contrast between light materials and chromatic accents helps define a premium perception of the space.
In Orocash and OrocashInvest stores, the design language becomes more essential and functional. Clean surfaces, burgundy tones and linear furnishings support operational clarity, privacy and immediacy in the relationship with the customer.

Retail lighting enhances product display, visual hierarchy and atmosphere
Lighting is one of the key elements in the projects developed by Arquitect Contract. The lighting systems combine diffused illumination, adjustable spotlights and backlit showcases to improve product perception and create clear visual hierarchies within the space.
In jewelry retail stores, light is used to emphasize details, reflections and precious materials without compromising visual comfort or spatial readability. The integration of electrified tracks and adjustable luminaires also allows greater flexibility in managing visual merchandising and updating collections.

Turnkey management simplifies timing, coordination and international development
Arquitect Contract develops complete retail projects by directly managing design, technical procedures and executive delivery. This approach enables coordinated control of the different operational phases and ensures continuity between the design concept and the final result.
The studio’s activity extends beyond the Italian market, with projects in Europe, the Caribbean and Azerbaijan. Its ability to adapt retail formats to different international contexts is one of the defining aspects of the Vicenza-based studio’s work in commercial design.
